Our popular 5 week bootcamps have been the success stories of many part takers in the previous ones. Our bootcamps consist in 10 workouts of 45 minutes of intensive exercises each, twice a week. This means that you will get to play outdoors and work towards a more leaner, toned and fitter body! The spaces are limited and the program has a very high demand so don’t find an excuse, because there isn’t one.
